  Have been taking my dogs to the Groom Room for many years now, never had a problem, and the girls are brilliant, I pay £43.00 every five weeks, on my recent visit last week, the price had rocketed to £51.00, I was absolutely mortified, the girls explained to me, that this was due to a trial run of lumping small and medium dogs together, so, a small dog like mine, takes 1 hour, and a medium dog that might take 2 hours, are all charged the same price, that is a slap in the face and an insulting rip off for all small pet owners, I have complained to head office, and currently awaiting a reply, and if they do not compensate me, and continue with this greedy mad logic, that they are looking to roll out across all stores, I shall be taking my dog to another groomer, I am absolutely disgusted beyond belief, what greed, and I am also a VIP member, for what it is worth.
